- No-shows or failure to notify us of a cancellation will result in no refund of the total rental cost.
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance of the scheduled booking are eligible for a 75% refund.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled booking period will receive a 50% refund.
Yes. Rescheduling to a later date or switching to a different vehicle is free of charge, provided the change is made in advance and based on availability.
A $10 per hour late fee will be applied for every hour the vehicle is returned past the agreed drop-off time.
Yes, a minimum deposit of $400 is required. The exact amount may vary depending on the vehicle selected.
No smoking is permitted in any of our vehicles. A $250 fee will be deducted from your deposit if smoking is detected.
Vehicles must be:
- Returned to the agreed-upon location and on time
- Fully fueled – otherwise, a $60 refueling fee will apply
- Cleaned – otherwise, a $150 cleaning fee will be charged
- Returned to the designated drop-off point – failure to do so will result in a $150 pickup fee
Yes. Pricing may be adjusted during holidays, peak seasons, and weekends due to increased demand
Yes, delivery is available between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Delivery outside of these hours may be possible upon request and will include an additional fee.
Airport delivery includes meeting you at a designated area or leaving the vehicle in a pre-approved airport parking zone. Instructions will be sent via Saber Rentals' messaging system. Standard fees include: • $100 for airport drop-off • $100 for airport pickup • An additional $20 fee for each service outside normal delivery hours ($40 total for both after-hours pickup and drop-off)
Delivery is typically not included in the base rental price. However, some clients may offer free delivery within a certain distance or discounted delivery rates for extended rentals.
Vehicles delivered to the airport will be parked in the most convenient approved location. Keys will either be handed off in person or left at a designated drop-off point, as arranged in advance.
Each rental includes an allowance of 200 miles per day. If you exceed this limit, an additional fee of $1.00 per mile will apply for every mile over the daily allowance.
